Hydro-Comp Enterprises Ltd was awarded a project to provide a Customer Relation Management and Billing Software in Mombasa Water and Sewerage in Kenya. The implementation covers six Area Offices plus the Headquarters for an initial number of licensed users 50 and 70,000 water connections. The project involves serious change management issues as currently none of the Area Offices is connected to the legacy system located in Headquarters. In addition the current system has no any Customer Relation system nor any Credit Control functionality while the reporting is very poor. EDAMS Billing and Customer Information system is expected to improve drastically the Organisation’s image to customers, improve customer care efficiency and result to higher revenue enforcing at the same time data quality/integrity and controls.
