Answer to Support Stub #1:
What I found out was that customer walk routes sequences were messed up so system was unable to place customer to the new customer walk route. After I run the Customer walk routes resequencing from system maintenance problem was resolved.
go to system maintenanceàdata correctionsàrebuild tablesàre-sequence customer walk route

Find attached the billing system errors we have encountered after an upgrade....

Also the system hangs when opening the application...
Answer to Support Stub #2:
It seems that this error is from the loader. Please try to execute edams_billing.exe manually from its folder. It should be something like C:\program files\edams(43)\bin\ edams_billing.exe. if you manage to start billing that way check build if it is the correct one.

Step 2 is running fine but we can't input meter readings because of the access violation error we are getting each time we click on the Processing of meter readings per WR button.
Answer to Support Stub #5:
run step 2 again for these billing groups as normal. You will have to do the following:
1. Start new cycles for each billgroup - as these are new.
2. Run step 2 to create the MHHREADINGS_XXX table and populate it.
