Hydro-Comp formed a joint venture with Calcutta-based Subhash Projects and Marketing Ltd (SPML), a leading EPC player. The JV company, Hydro Comp Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd., is headquartered in Chennai and will cater to the water utility market in India.
