The EDAMS Information Management Systems are now offered on Cloud on a “pay as you go” basis. The EDAMS Cloud Solutions offer the organisation a risk-free, low maintenance solution, moving away from a traditional CAPEX model to the OPEX model.
System functionality is abundant in the EDAMS software and in the odd case that additional functionality is needed it is provided for free, if it is not Customer specific. The prospective Client is given a chance to test the functionality of the desired system by given access to software and test databases for a trial period.
Implementation costs are minimal, if any at all. Prior to implementation prospective clients are sent a “requirements definition questionnaire”. The response is analysed and a System Development/ Deployment/ Configuration file is sent for approval. At this stage the prospective client will also be sent a quotation for additional services required, if any. Note that Data Conversion and System setup and Configuration are offered for free as a service to all new customers signing up for at least a year.
Training costs are also low as Self-training is available off the web with well documented training courses and user-manuals available.
On site assistance: In complex implementations the Organisation might require assistance from EDAMS’ personnel in completing the requirements definition document, testing the software or even receiving training. In such cases EDAMS system consultants will travel to site to render the required services on a manpower plus costs basis.
Software Maintenance & Support: The monthly “pay as you go” fee includes traditional software maintenance (upgrades, fixing of bugs, etc.) as well as telephonic and email support. Support visits are also available if required, though unlikely, on a manpower plus costs basis.
