Municipalities/ Counties lose a lot of money by having an inaccurate property valuation roll and through the lack of proper systems and procedures for managing such a database.

Hydro-Comp’s business solution includes all services required to compile a validated property valuation roll and all the required software (EDAMS Management Systems) for both the compilation and management of such a database. The system also interfaces with Billing systems and is integrated with EDAMS Billing and Customer Services system to provide a complete solution.

Hydro-Comp’s Business Solution is a combination of Technology Services, Consulting Services and field work. In implementing the solution the following services are required:

  • Field Surveys for property validation and assessment, including public awareness campaigns, & Data Reconciliation
